They have increased their productivity by keeping current with their network infrastructure resulting in efficiencies from the initial check-in at the front desk to the flexibility of keeping all of their Obstetricians and Nurses mobile. Client appointment times decreased by 30% allowing doctors to see more patients per day, increasing revenue significantly overall. They were also able to increase customer service levels significantly for the patients
